Jewellery - weekly class

Learn basic metalwork skills and develop those previously acquired through individual projects supported by the tutor. £10 materials fee.

Jewellery making - 2 day workshop

Work with copper to learn basic metalwork skills to make your own unique jewellery. Materials included except silver, which can be purchased from the tutor during the workshop.

Silver Jewellery

Saturday 18 Oct & Sunday 19 Oct | 10.30am-4pm | £52 including all materials except the silver.

This extremely popular course is suitable for complete beginners, although it is also a great opportunity for students to practice and extend, at their own pace, previously learnt skills. During the weekend you will design and make individual pieces such as bracelets, necklaces or rings. All materials needed for this course can be purchased form the tutor on the day: approximate cost of silver will be £15-25.

Ceramic Painting

Fridays starting 12 Sept for 6 weeks | 11.30am-1.30pm | £37.50

A chance to design and paint your own unique pottery. Various techniques will be explored and students will be able to choose from a selection of greenware, including plates, teapots, jugs and mugs. Work will be glazed and fired in a kiln by the tutor.

Raku

Experience the intriguing ancient Japanese art of Raku pottery. Design and build your own clay pieces ready to fire in an outdoor kiln. No two pieces are ever the same but the process is always exciting! All materials provided.
