Jewellery
with Rosie Colvin

Learn to design and make your own jewellery using copper and silver. In this course you will be told how to cut, form, texture, cold join and solder metals. Projects during this course will be set to meet the individuals needs, you will design your own items of jewellery whilst Rosie teaches you the skills to make your own perfect piece!

All tools and materials for Jewellery Making are supplied apart from silver, which needs to be purchased from the tutor.

 

Creative Crafts

Relieve anxiety, stress or social isolation through creativity, enjoying arts activities with others in a supportive environment. 

Different art and craft activities will be explored each week so this is the perfect opportunity to try out different techniques before committing to a longer course.

Silver Pendant in a Day

Create your own unique design, hammer or imprint textures on to your silver before cutting and soldering to complete a beautiful pendant. All tools and materials included except silver which is available to buy from the tutor.

 

Pewter Casting

Learn to cast pewter using cuttlefish moulds to create individual pieces such as pendants and keyrings. All tools and materials included.

Transform your home with mosaics. An introduction to working with mosaics involving techniques such as cutting, colour and design. Using glass, ceramic tiles and recycled materials, design and create a mosaic mirror. All materials will be provided but please do bring along any bits and bobs you would like to incorporate into your final piece.
