Refunds
The Mill Art Centre's refund policy reflects the Oxfordshire County Council's Adult Learning cancellation policy which offers a full refund on places cancelled 7 days before course commencement. If a place has been cancelled less than 7 days before the course is due to commence then a refund will be offered if we are able to re sell the space.
Once a course has begun we will consider refund requests in exceptional family or personal circumstances. Please write or email the relevant circumstances to Rachel Cronin, Arts Education Assistant, rachel.cronin@oxfordshire.gov.uk
The Mill makes every effort to run all classes and workshops. Occasionally, however, it may be necessary to cancel a class due to illness or insufficient bookings. In this case we will offer an alternative class or workshop. If now suitable workshop can be found then we will offer a credit or refund for the full amount within 30 days of cancelling.
Facilities for people with disabilities
The Mill offers a wide range of facilities for people with disabilities, including a lift to the art studio on the first floor. Please do ask us if you require assistance.
Parking
There are Cherwell District Council Pay & Display Car Parks on Spiceball Park Road.
Please be advised there is a 3 hour parking limit on the car park immediately in front of The Mill. Students attending day workshops are advised to use the multi storey or Spiceball North car parks. To allow sufficient time to find suitable parking, students are advised to arrive at 10.15am for weekend workshops.
Refunds of fees will only normally be made in respect of cancellations received prior to course commencement. Any request for refunds after course commencement should be made in writing to Karen Baum, Arts Education Manager. Whilst we endeavour to run all courses advertised, occasionally it is necessary to cancel an event. In this case participants will be notified at the earliest possible time and a full refund of fees will be made if an alternative is not suitable.
