Coronavirus Update

Exterior of The Mill Arts Centre

Last updated: 10:30am Tuesday 7th April

As events unfold and following the Government’s latest advice, we have taken the difficult decision to suspend all activities at The Mill for the time being.

If you are booked to attend any event at The Mill, including performances, film screenings, classes or workshops, there is no need to contact us – our Box Office team will be in touch with all ticket-holders as soon as possible regarding their booking.

As you will appreciate, we have a significant volume of customers to contact, and so we will be working our way through in order of event date, so please bear with us if your booking date is further away.

Please see our FAQ’s at the foot of the page for more information.

We are regularly reviewing the situation and will give details of any updates on our website.

Classes & Workshops

All classes and workshops are currently suspended and therefore the remainder of classes for the Spring term have been cancelled and customers contacted.

Customers with places booked on the Summer term, due to start from 20th April, will be contacted over the next few days to review the options for their booking.

Café Bar

The Mill building, including our Café Bar, is currently closed to the public until further notice.

Thank You

Like many small charities, we are working hard to manage the impact of this outbreak on the future of our organisation, staff and customers whilst being acutely aware of those who have been taken ill or are working in severely affected industries and frontline services.

If you have booked for a show or class and would like your booking to be refunded, we will of course process this as soon as possible.

However, if you are able to do so, we would ask you to consider donating the price of your ticket to support The Mill through this difficult time. You might also wish to accept a credit to your account that you can then use for a future booking. Alternatively, please consider signing up to our membership scheme or purchasing a gift voucher

We appreciate that this will not be possible for everyone but sincerely thank you for your kind messages and ongoing support at this difficult time as we do our best to protect the health and well-being of staff and audiences, as well as the future of the Arts Centre.
