Although we’re not currently open, we’ve implemented a whole host of additional safety measures to protect our customers, students and staff once we’re able to re-open. This includes:
- Additional regular cleaning schedules
- Socially distanced room layouts – we’ve relocated larger class groups to our Theatre so there’s plenty of space to stay two metres apart
- Building one-way/directional system and allocated toilet facilities
- PPE for staff and tutors
- Reduced class sizes
- And an awful lot more…

Regretfully, all live performances until 31st March 2021 (including comedy, music, dance and theatre) will be rescheduled where possible.
If you have a booking for a production scheduled to take place before 31st March 2021, there is no need to contact us at this time – our Box Office team will be in touch in due course. Thank you for your patience.

My booking has been rescheduled. What should I do?
If your event, class or workshop has been rescheduled, our Box Office team will be in touch by email or phone.
- I can make the new date. Great! Your booking will be automatically transferred and you don’t need to do anything else.
- I can’t make the new date. No worries! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01295 279002 and we’ll get everything sorted.
My event has been cancelled. What should I do?
If your event, class or workshop has been cancelled, our Box Office team will be in touch by email or phone.
I haven’t heard what’s happening with my booking.
We’re working hard to confirm details with the many events, companies and artists scheduled to use The Mill during this time. We will keep our ticket-holders informed as and when any changes are confirmed.
