Chair Yoga is becoming increasingly popular and sought after, by those wishing to maintain or improve flexibility and stamina from the stability of a seat. In response to the popularity of our Stand Tall with Chair Yoga – and in recognition of the gains made by our regular attendees – we now offer Chair Yoga Plus for those willing to use the support of a barre (wall mounted support) to incorporate some assisted standing and balancing postures. With a good degree of individual attention, you will be encouraged to build strength and flexibility, at your own pace, in a fun session that will combine seated and supported standing activity.
