These sessions are an accessible way to improve movement, posture and the breath from a safe and comfortable seat. Simple props will offer an additional level of support and will enhance the felt experience. These sessions are ideal for those who find themselves sitting for long periods of time or wish to work slowly toward increased mobility and strength.
Elements of the practice will focus on simple breathing techniques which, with improved posture, can enhance lung capacity, reduce stress and promote relaxation.
This is a drop-in course where you can come as often as you like, and all equipment is provided. Options to participate in person or online available.
