Groove Aerobics combines fun routines with great music just at a low intensity. This class is perfect for those who need to take it a little easier but still love to move and groove. The focus is on coordination, mobility and allowing you to work at your own level.
Routine cycles are mixed up and changed every eight weeks, so you will always be challenged both mentally and physically.
