This course is aimed at anyone who is interested in improving their mental and emotional wellbeing. Throughout the course we will address the normal ups and downs that we face in life, and to teach both the theory and practice of mindfulness using a specific set of mental tools suitable for all situations.
Participants will improve their self-confidence, ability to break habits and to self-manage their own practice after the course.
