In this online mini masterclass, you will be shown how to create a painting of glorious magnolia blooms using watercolour. Rachel will break the process down into easy and enjoyable steps, showing you how to build up washes, smudge out hard edges and create an elegant loose floral study.
You will also be shown how to select a floral watercolour palette from your own paints and how to get your watercolour paints to work for you by mixing it in the right consistency and adopting a wet into wet approach.
For this session you will need your watercolour paints and brushes and some watercolour paper. A hairdryer is also useful.
This session is held online via Zoom.
