Due to the preparation time needed prior to the workshop, bookings will close at 5pm on 10/05/22.
This four-hour course is designed to introduce students to sugar flower craft. Basic techniques will be taught so that students leave with the knowledge to create delicate flowers from sugar that can be used for decorating cakes and desserts.
We will cover roses both full blown and buds, pulled 5 petal blossom and leaves. All ingredients, materials and utensils will be provided for the course we just ask that you bring along an apron to cover clothing from food colour spills.

Age recommendation for adult courses is 19+
All adult courses are created in partnership with Abingdon and Witney College and co-funded by the Education and Skills Funding Agency. As we are in receipt of government funding, students will be asked to complete an enrolment form at the beginning of the course for monitoring purposes.
