Level up your art journal or create a one-of-a-kind standalone piece using awesome paper engineering techniques! In this teens workshop, you’ll learn how to design and build pull-out images that move, reveal hidden messages, and surprise anyone who sees them.
We’ll guide you step-by-step through a cool pull-out paper technique, and show you other inspiring examples to spark your imagination. Want to include your own secret thoughts, bold designs, or personal messages? Totally up to you! Bring your own ideas and pictures to cut and paste, or let our creative prompts lead the way.

This course takes place in the Lock Room. This room is wheelchair accessible with level access.
Access Information – Lock Room
The main entrance has level access. On your right, there is a button to open the door to the Café Bar automatically. Head forwards through the arch into the Gallery and turn immediately left. Straight ahead there is a single door (74cm wide) which leads into the Lock Room. Please be aware that there are low ceilings in this area. There are two pillars along the centre line of the room.
