Writing for wellbeing is all about exploring the therapeutic benefits of writing as a process. A great way to start the new year, in this guided and non-judgmental workshop, you’ll make your mark on the page through activities that invite you to consider that space as a way of connecting with yourself.

All adult courses are created in partnership with Abingdon and Witney College and co-funded by the Education and Skills Funding Agency. As we are in receipt of government funding, students will be asked to complete an enrolment form at the beginning of the course for monitoring purposes.
