Auditorium hire rates

  • Full Day: £795 + VAT
    Half Day: £550 + VAT

    This hire rate includes basic equipment of projector, screen, microphones. Additional equipment may be subject to charges – TBC with the Technical Manager.

    Additional Technician (hourly rate charged for anything over 8 hours): £39 + VAT

  • Full Day: £550 + VAT
    Half Day: £330 + VAT

    Additional extras:

    Refreshments (per person for groups of 5 or more): £3.75 +VAT
    Projector/Screen: £22.00 +VAT
    Bartender (if outside of regular opening hours): £24.00 per hour
    Technician support: £39.00 + VAT per hour
    Security (5 hours minimum call): £22.00 + VAT per hour
