A short break will bridge the two practices, after which we shift into a Restorative sequence to more deeply immerse body and mind into guided relaxation. Bolsters, blocks and belts are more extensively used here, to physically support the body into deep relaxation.
Your teacher is experienced and qualified in both disciplines and will help you to utilise props and alignment techniques to experience this practice fully.
