International Women’s Day is celebrated annually on 8th March to celebrate the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity.
During March 2020 a series of events will be held in Banbury, Oxfordshire, to share and celebrate the stories of women in our community. You can join our collective effort to create a gender-equal world through telling your stories and taking part in our events.
There will be activities at The Mill throughout the day on Friday 6th March, as well as the events below:
