Jubilee Celebration: Creative Windows for the Jubilee

Join us to celebrate the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee across Oxfordshire!

Get Creative for the Platinum Jubilee with the Creative Windows project in partnership with Age UK Oxfordshire:

• Free creative workshops in May 2022 – all ages and abilities welcome
• A day of celebration at The Mill on Saturday 4th June 11am-4pm with creativity, refreshments and entertainment 

Workshops

Age UK Oxfordshire and The Mill are working together with people across the county for the Creative Windows for the Jubilee project. We want you to get involved!

We need your help to decorate our streets and community spaces across Oxfordshire with artworks, in windows and gardens, to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee from the 23rd May until the Jubilee weekend on the 3rd-6th June 2022.

Join us at these free workshops to create something that you can display in your window, garden or community space for the Platinum Jubilee for everyone to see – starting from Monday 23rd May until the big celebration on the 3rd-6th June.

You could use a memory from the past 70 years, a previous Jubilee or a memorable event in your life, to inspire your artworks- the choice is yours.

Jubilee Celebration – 4th June 2022

Join us on the Bank Holiday weekend for a celebration of the Platinum Jubilee with a day of creativity, refreshments and entertainment.

Free, all welcome, drop in and no booking required. Artist Sally Davies will be leading creative activities on the day!
