Using Watercolour Washes in Landscape Painting (12th January 2021, 6pm-8pm)
This is a two-hour online workshop where tutor Rachel Cronin will show you how to utilise watercolour washes to achieve loose and vibrant landscapes. We will work through a number or exercises that will help you to feel more confident with this tricky medium. This session is suitable for both beginners and painters with some experience.

Drawing: Finding Inspiration (26th January 2021, 6pm-8pm)
Ever wanted to draw but don’t know where to start? Or, have you been drawing for some time and are looking for some fresh ideas? Together, we’ll try out a range of drawing exercises and techniques in response to selected prompts and artworks. An opportunity to find ways to create your own personal response to drawing and build on what inspires you. A fun and experimental workshop led by Ruth Broadbent. Suitable for all levels. No experience necessary.

Introduction to Lino Printing (9th February 2021, 6pm-8pm)
Fancy becoming a print maker at home? Welcome to this online introduction to lino cutting.
Join mixed-media artist Tom Cross as he guides you through some of the basic skills in carving, designing and printing using a one colour lino block. He will talk you through how to create one colour print using some basic equipment, a spoon and some elbow grease.
