Bollywood Dance workshop is your chance to learn some groovy Bollywood moves, designed for all abilities.
The steps range from classic to contemporary, set to rollicking Bollywood beats and an Indian remix. Ranjini is a trained Kathak dancer – a classical dance from north India, known for its rhythm and twirls and has done various Kathak and Bollywood performances in local events. The workshop aims at fun, at teaching you to ‘change lightbulbs’, an introduction to the colour and vibrancy and light-heartedness of Bollywood movies and their crazy dance moves.
It is suitable for anyone with an interest and a desire to dance, even if you have never ever tried before. This will culminate with a performance for friends and family. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
