A gentle movement based practice of short sequences based on traditional Hatha Yoga and a good ‘next step’ for those with some experience. That said, adjustments, modifications and props will be available to support your journey, irrespective of your starting point. Breathing practices, guided relaxation and a smattering of mat-based Yin come together in a blended, hybrid practice for body, breath and mind.
