The Mill Arts Centre are running an 8-week pilot offering Free Space for Dance Artists in association with Jane Castree and Pro Dance Oxford.
There will be two sessions per week:
Tuesdays from 9.30am to 12.30
Thursdays from 1pm to 4pm
Running from the 30th of April to the 20th of June
The Dance Artists will:
• Be able to use the space to progress any area of their practice
• Work alone or in a small group of up to 3 people
• Take advantage of an optional 20 minute guided warm up at the start of session led by Jane or a member of the Pro Dance Team
• Share the space and negotiate between themselves the use of sound etc.
• If posting any content on social media use the credit line Supported by the Free Space for Dance Artists @The Mill Arts Centre in association with Jane Castree and Pro Dance Oxford and tag all relevant social media handles
• Put our logos on any work that they create through this supported process, i.e. choreography, classes, projects etc.
At the Free Space Sessions
On arrival please sign in at The Café Bar and they will direct you up to the Dance Studio.
Either Jane or a member of The Pro Dance Team will be in the studio to meet you, we look forward to welcoming you to The Dance Space at The Mill Arts Centre.
